Product Disclaimer

Hybrid Studio products are issued as hand-cast, numbered specimens designed for adult collectors of synthetic botanical objects, wearable specimens, and archival design pieces. They are decorative and personal objects only.

Products are not functional carnivorous plant equipment, scientific instruments, or medical / protective devices.
Products may contain sharp cast edges, fine points (trap teeth, peristome ridges), and small parts. Not suitable for children, infants, or pets.
Wearable items (earrings, pendants) are intended for short-term wear by adults. Remove during sleep, exercise, swimming, or any activity where the piece may catch or be impacted.
Buyers with metal allergies should review the material composition on each product page before purchase. Although S925 sterling silver and 316L stainless steel are widely hypoallergenic, individual reactions remain possible.

Materials, Wear & Variation Notice

Every Hybrid Studio specimen is hand-cast and individually finished. The following are inherent characteristics of the product, not defects, and are not grounds for return or refund:

Minor variation in casting weight, cavity depth, surface polish, and oxidation tone between specimens of the same code.
Hand-finished edges where individual tooth, ridge, or pit geometry differs slightly from product photography.
Natural darkening (tarnish) of sterling silver over time. This is a property of the alloy, not a manufacturing fault.
Loss of mirror brightness through wear, contact with skin oils, perfume, chlorinated water, sulfur sources, or improper storage.
Slight chromatic shift between product imagery and the physical item due to lighting, screen calibration, and photographic process.

Care, storage, and refinishing terms are governed by our Refund Policy and any product-specific care instructions provided with the shipment.

However, Hybrid Studio reserves the right to correct errors, update information, modify product details, or cancel orders containing inaccurate information at any time and without prior notice.

References to botanical species, scientific binomials (e.g. Dionaea muscipula, Nepenthes jamban, Nepenthes veitchii), and natural history terminology on this website are used as design references and attribution, not as scientific publications. No living plant material is sold, distributed, or contained in any Hybrid Studio product.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hybrid Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession, wear, display, storage, or other use of our products or this website — including but not limited to skin irritation, garment damage, allergic reactions, accidental injury, or loss of value.

Hybrid Studio's maximum total liability for any claim arising from a product or order shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the specific item to which the claim relates, excluding shipping and taxes.

Buyers assume all risk associated with the wear, handling, and care of Hybrid Studio specimens after delivery.
